Beautiful views and great service
I had a nice stay for 3 nights! The location is on point, right by the harbor with stunning views. The breakfast was super tasty, and the staff were soooo friendly. However, the room could've used some updates, it felt a bit outdated and had some cleanliness issues. Overall, pleasant vibes!

The view from our Deluxe Twin Room was breathtaking.
The bathroom needed more attention to detail during our stay.

I enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe King Room with Harbor View. The breathtaking view and fantastic location impressed me. However, the room could benefit from better lighting for reading. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would consider staying again.

The room was really spacious and had amazing views of the harbor. The bed was huge, and everyone fit comfortably on it. Room service was quick, and the food was good. It was also super quiet—definitely a plus. The only downside was that the ocean view was blocked by a cruise ship at first, but overall, the accommodations were lovely.

We had a great time with friends. The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and visiting the waterfront. The clean rooms had stunning views, and the breakfast was top-notch. Just be prepared for possible wait times during check-in, as our room was delayed a bit.

closeness to Queen Wharf, plentiful hot water, comfortable tub soak
Early check-in requests ignored!!! Special requests vanished into thin air!!! Clean and well-maintained bathrooms are a must, and it seems like a little upkeep in the pool area wouldn’t hurt either!!! The view is marred by docked cruise ships.

amazing views and easy access to waterfront dining
I loved the stunning sea view from my room and enjoyed watching the cruise ships glide in and out right beside the hotel, making walks around the nearby attractions an absolute joy, especially with the New Zealand Maritime Museum just a few steps away and the lively Viaduct Harbour a short stroll from there.

We had an incredible stay with stunning harbor views from our room and the convenience of nearby attractions. The staff was welcoming, providing us with complimentary treats like cookies and chocolates upon arrival, making our family feel special.
My children wished for a better price for two rooms. it gets costly for families. A family deal would enhance the experience for larger groups.

Staying in the Deluxe King Room with Harbor View, the ambiance and comfort impressed me. The balcony offered a lovely outlook, although noise from the nearby shipping yard was noticeable. Exceptional staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, especially when one of our party fell ill, providing a complimentary meal and warm tea. Unfortunately, a massive cruise ship overshadowed our balcony experience, leaving us disconnected from the sky, and the manager's response to our concerns was not ideal.
